“Thank you for making my home a castle again”

I had a leak in my flat, which was being dealt with by my insurance companies builders.  Unfortunately, they often did not turn up once the drying was completed (this took months), despite assurances they were coming.  On the occasion they would turn up for one day out of five, with little communication for over five months, I was at my wits end.  My flat had been gutted, including the bathroom, hallway, part of the kitchen & second bedroom.  I kept telling myself it would get better, but it didn’t.

In the end, I complained to the insurance company and after interviewing several possible candidates, I met David.  David was honest, and I trusted him, which given my recent experience with builders, was taking a huge leap of faith.
However, in amazement, they turned up, everyday, as per plan, if there were any problems, they would let me know & I was kept abreast of any updates.
The work was done in no time, and after over a year of waiting, my home is finally a home again, instead of a building site.  In particular, I would like to mention Darren, who was such a hard worker, and professional to the core, he really is a credit to your company.  Darren’s pride & standard of work is something I wish all people have.
